Position Summary

Reporting to the Americas Rewards Lead, with strong functional link to the Global Wellbeing, Benefits and International Mobility Lead, you will:

  • Manage the related benefits activities for North America for Sanofi’s Consumer Healthcare carve in project and help to shape the future strategy.

  • Monitor developments in the marketplace and embrace innovation to make sure the benefits offered to our employees are relevant and attractive whilst delivering best value for money.

  • Manage our external vendors and partners to ensure best-in-class service for all Sanofi stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities

  • Support the Benefits Workstream to design future benefits offerings, design exit plans for local service agreements and implement standalone benefits plans for the Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Business Unit in North America.

  • Work on local and global strategic projects relating to benefits and wellbeing advancing the broader Rewards and Performance agenda. These projects could include implementing new policies, developing innovative employee offerings, improving efficiencies of benefits delivery and embracing technology.

  • Lead the annual open enrollment process for CHC North America, including the liaison with internal stakeholders and the management of external consultants and vendors.

  • Lead benefits-related analysis for North America to support any corporate transactions and manage any related exit or entry transition.

  • Perform periodical external market analysis to understand   the market competitiveness of our benefits and provide recommendations to improve our positioning as an employer of choice.

  • Analyze employee demographics and benefit plans’ usage to tailor the benefits offering and communication, improve the administration.

  • Develop a targeted communication strategy to maximize employee understanding and encourage effective benefits utilization.

  • Ensure plans and programs are compliant with all applicable federal, state and local requirements and legislation, as well as SOX procedures.

  • Manage budget for benefits-related projects and activities.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree.

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in managing the lifecycle of benefits plans in North America, from design, creation and launch, ongoing management, cyclical reviews and valuations through to plan wind up.
