COMPLETE Medical Science Liaison - Kiev

In this role you will be expected to demonstrate strong levels of technical and strategic expertise, integrity and professionalism and a strong awareness of and adherence to field medical policy and applicable scientific, legal, and regulatory standards. MSLs operate within the field and thus must demonstrate the capability to act independently with limited day-to-day guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish enduring, value-based partnerships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and institutions through various communication channels (including F2F, digital, DOLs, social media, etc)​

• Actively engage with HCPs, payers, and institutions, both proactively and reactively.

• Create and implement medical engagement plans for target Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in alignment with the Country Medical Plan, collaborating with MCO Therapeutic Area (TA) Medical Leads and Field Based Medical (FBM) Excellence Lead.

• Provide support for the development and execution of clinical trials. Facilitate KOL collaboration in clinical trials and research projects.

• Generate valuable insights and recommend actionable solutions when needed.

• Foster cross-functional partnerships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

• Provide responses on any medical inquiries. Provide accurate and up to date scientific information to HCPs (such as congress updates, journal club)

Job Requirements:

• Both English and Ukrainian fluency

• Degree in a scientific discipline (MD, PharmD, PhD)

• Several years’ experience in pharma business, preferably in Medical Affairs

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical medicine, legal requirements in pharma, previous cross-country experience is an advantage

• Regulatory knowledge, financial and business planning, competitive intelligence

• Knowledge and practice in the medical field

• Strategic thinking, decision-making, time-management

• Cross-country and cross-functional collaboration experience

• Ability to prompt analyze and take action

• Capability to work as a part of the team respecting the needs and contribution of those involved
