JOB PURPOSE / MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC:

Đảm trách công tác lấy mẫu và kiểm nghiệm thành phẩm, độ ổn định, mẫu thẩm định và các mẫu khác khi có yêu cầu; đồng thời chịu trách nhiệm sắp xếp ngăn nắp, trật tự và vệ sinh sạch sẽ cho khu vực làm việc của mình.

Responsible for testing & sampling finished products, stability and validation samples and other samples when required; checking the tidiness, orderliness and cleanliness of their working area simultaneously.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

• Kiểm nghiệm mẫu độ ổn định, thẩm định và các mẫu khác khi có yêu cầu
• Thiết lập chất chuẩn cho phòng Kiểm nghiệm
• Pha chế hóa chất, thuốc thử cho các thử nghiệm
• Thực hiện các công việc theo yêu cầu GLP/GMP theo sự phân công của Trưởng Phòng Kiểm nghiệm và báo cáo hằng tháng nhiệm vụ của mình.
• Hỗ trợ Trưởng Nhóm hướng dẫn đào tạo công việc tại chỗ cho nhân viên mới
• Tuân thủ nghiệm ngặt các qui trình thao tác chuẩn và các qui định của nhà máy
• Tham gia vào các hoạt động của HSE theo quy định của công ty
• Testing of stability, validation samples and other if required
• Establishment of the secondary standard substances for QC
• Responsible for chemicals and reagents preparation in testing.
• Perform tasks as required GLP/ GMP according to allocation of QC manager and report monthly on their tasks
• Support Supervisor in training on the job for new employees
• Respect strictly the standard operation procedures and regulation in site
• Attending to HSE activities according to company regulation

QUALIFICATION / KIẾN THỨC, KỸ NĂNG VÀ KINH NGHIỆM:

Education/ Trình độ học vấn

Cử nhân/ Kỹ sư Hóa hoặc Dược sĩ đại học/ Chemist or Pharmacist

Related experience/ Kinh nghiêm liên quan

Có ít nhất 1 năm làm việc trong phòng thí nghiệm / At least 1 years working in laboratory.

Core Competencies/ Năng lực chính

• Am hiểu các phương pháp phân tích hóa học và có khả năng xử lý tốt, tự thực hiện kiểm nghiệm trong những trường hợp thông thường đúng theo quy định. Good knowledge of chemical analysis method and ability of working independently in accordance with current regulations
• Có kiến thức và biết sử dụng các máy móc hiện đại trong phòng kiểm nghiệm. Have knowledge and know how to use the modern QC Laboratory equipments
• Có hiểu biết tốt về GLP, GMP, HSE và có tinh thần chấp hành tốt các hướng dẫn GLP cũng như các qui trình trong nhà máy. Good knowledge on GLP, GMP, HSE and high respect on GLP guidelines as well as current procedures in site
• Có khả năng đọc và hiểu tài liệu tiếng Anh. Good skill in reading and understanding English
• Biết sử dụng vi tính văn phòng: Excel, Word. Good skill in using Microsoft offices: Excel, Word
• Cẩn thận, trung thực, nhanh nhẹn. Cautiousness, faithfulness and promptness
• Có tinh thần làm việc đồng đội. Demonstrates the team-work spirit
