主要责任：

1. 业务管理

1) 根据区域业务目标与市场计划，区域业务活动

2) 跟踪区域内的业务活动与业务绩效。

3) 设定业务代表的区域，制定预算

4) 区域日常会议

5)  ETMS报告，计划与跟踪

6)  A&P, OP 费用计划与控制

7) 收集代表日常报告

8) 拜访重点客户

9) 与跨疾病领域销售团队协力共赢

2. 人员管理

1) 评估业务代表

2) 辅导、培训业务代表

3) 激励整个业务团队

3. 准入管理

1) 完全了解产品对于不同利益相关方的价值

2) 完全了解所辖区销售渠道/医疗费用环境，持续寻求最佳产品可及路径

3) 促进并维持对赛诺菲产品的获取

岗位要求:

教育:                                       

•            大学专科及以上相关专业学历

工作经验与知识背景:  

• 医药行业三年以上工作经验
• 一年以上业务经理工作经验
• 行业/产品知识

主要技能:

• 良好的业务计划技能
• 良好的辅导技能
• 良好的业务技能
• 良好的人员沟通技巧
