Job Description Summary

The Department of Orthopaedics and Physical Medicine is requesting approval to hire a nonoperative physician as a faculty member. This hire will serve and support all missions in the department with clinical, research, and teaching responsibilities. The non-operative physician will increase patient access to our surgeon(s) while also increasing their surgical conversion rate per clinical appointment. Strategically, the non-op provider will anchor our presence in this high growth market (Charleston Division) and increase the funnel of surgical cases to our orthopaedic surgeons.
