What this job involves 

  • Serve as a strategic financial business partner, working with business leaders on budget performance, financial analysis, and strategic growth initiatives and other ad-hoc financial projects.​
  • Have a comprehensive technical and functional understanding of all finance and accounting systems and processes.
  • Collectively work to build the most efficient and effective process models and systematic solutions to generate reporting solutions to manage a rapidly evolving and growing business.
  • Assist with the creation of the annual plan and quarterly forecasts
  • Manage the revenue recognition process in compliance with contract terms
  • Maintain internal control processes and standards and ensure the compliance of the team
  • Review, understand and ensure compliance and proper accounting for transaction deals
  • Key financial/accounting liaison for individual sites within the portfolio
  • Produce and analyze monthly and quarterly variance reports
  • Coordinate with FP&A team on the timely and accurate preparation of the monthly client packages
  • Execute labor reconciliation by site
  • Review progress with client portal trackers (CCRs / SI) Reporting
  • Manage and mentor staff and help guide their development (including preparation of goals & objectives, reviews)
  • Help execute staff succession and growth plans

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA and/or MBA a plus
  • A minimum of 7-9 years relevant work experience with 3-5 years supervisory experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven presentation skills
  • Attention to Detail - Strong attention to detail and proficient time management, ability to multi-task and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Dealing with Ambiguity – can effectively cope with change, can shift gears comfortably, can decide and act without having the total picture, can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty.
  • Drive for Results – can be counted on to exceed goals successfully, bottom line oriented, pushes self and others for results.
  • Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic
  • Understanding of and commitment to client services
  • A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
  • Microsoft office product knowledge specifically Excel is required

Estimated compensation for this position is:

110,880.00 – 160,800.00 USD

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
