We are looking for : Store MRO Administrator

Location: Kulim, Kedah

In this role, you will work closely with our Maintenance Repair Operations team in the areas of Asset Management, Preventative Maintenance Scheduling, and Materials Requests.  You will also work with a wide range of  external vendors.

1.Work closely with functional team to identify, purchase and supply the correct and critical parts based on higher run, ROL on time w/o delay or complaint from Intel to avoid business Interruption .

2. Perform purchasing on MRO parts from identifying items require, indicate correct BU and account code, raising PR to buyer, follow up for PO issuance to vendor and finally receive the parts from supplier.

3. Raise CBS and SSJ accordingly and correctly with due diligent prices to ensure management approve and no excursion from client.

4. Parts used for corrective maintenance, a Work Request/Work order or OVSC number shall be recorded in the logbook and MRS w/o miss.

5. Focus of cost reduction of the MRO parts purchase either thru bidding, negotiate lowest piece, source for lower price vendor instead MRO bidding vendors, explore option of using alternate cheaper price instead.

6. Identify ROL and revise them from time to time. Ensure ROL parts always available as defined in SOP.

7. Explore to get more vendor pool from the various functional.

Education and Experience requirement

  • Min. Diploma in engineering, facilities management /or 2 years’ experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field. Experience  working in building management will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent management and organizational skills, and  good at meeting deadlines.

  • Good Interpersonal skills
