What this job involves

Bringing enhanced comfort and efficiency to the office

How can you help make employees and visitors alike love our office?

You’ll do a planning by managing office demand, relocation or consolidation. Aside, work closely with Tactical Space Planner for all FDO request with ensure of cubicle readiness and scheduling for regular cleaning services to ensuring all office equipment are in good working order are a few of the tasks you’ll do to spruce up the office.

You’ll involved during planning stage for office move, office conversion, new office setup and any other project related to SPP. Aside, you’ll keep an eye out for potential emergencies and carry out steps for managing such situations.

You’ll also perform established escalation and incident reporting procedures should such an event take place. Being on the lookout for opportunities to reduce costs and improve our operational standards should also come instinctively to you.

Blending demand and supply

How important is demand to you?  Demand of office/space is a tall order and calls for an all-hands-on-deck approach. In this role, you’ll managing office occupancy data and all internal space utilization including lab and manufacturing area  (thru linewalk, collecting data and update into our system TRIRIGA) and space inventory report (eg : total land & building sq ft, office capacity, space details).

You’ll also updating the AutoCAD layout for all building campus based on project completion to ensure the masterplan are up-to date and emergency evacuation maps with supported by AutoCAD draughtman.

With this ensuring all the data accuracy and integrity all the time, all customer demand can be fulfil effectively and efficiently without any complaint.
