​Position Responsibilities

  • Prepare deliverables packages (Processes Workflows, Playbooks, Templates and Training) for new and existing PDS accounts.

  • Support Transition Lead with administrative requirements within the account transition processes

  • Become and expert and champion for the Capital planning process and technology, and clearly demonstrates the value to on-account teams

  • Effectively communicate with the Transition Lead and on-account teams throughout engagements

  • Stays informed on changes to the Capital planning processes, systems and reporting and contributes to Capital planning initiatives

  • Contribute to delivering on-boarding training curriculums to for capital planning including, Playbooks, Processes (Baseline with Account Specific detail), Templates, Tools (AdaptiveWork, intake tools and reports)

  • Leverage the transition tools and templates (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote, Word, SharePoint, Workfront, etc)

  • Facilitate meetings/trainings comfortably, confidently, and efficiently whether in person or virtually (using MS Teams)

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

  • 5+ years of practical experience in project management

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level internal and external clients

  • Experience and comfort with conducting training and/or large group class-room facilitation, delivery and techniques

  • Demonstrated technical proficiency and ability to learn systems functionality quickly

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills

  • Process oriented with strong technical skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently

  • Flexibility with work hours and occasional overnight travel required to support a transition or conduct training.

  • Passion for teaching, coaching, and mentoring others

  • Ability to interpret business scenarios to translate and communicate how to apply the PDS Capital planning process to that scenario

Estimated compensation for this position is:

86,000.00 – 91,500.00 USD

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
