What this job involves:

Handling specialised account

As an Account Director, you’ll manage all aspects of specialised accounts. What are specialised account and why do we need you? JLL manages facilities services for se Managed Services / Coworking account, ranging from small to large client offices across several cities in India. The onsite teams, headed by a Center Manager, ensure the day-to-day running of these sites with added support from the JLL HQ Account Management team.

The specialised nature of such accounts demand dedicated managers to work directly under our JLL IFM Operations Director based in Bengaluru.

Client-centric diligence

You’ll focus on operations, finance, workforce, and technical support to ensure all the client’s KPIs are met. To excel in this role, your efforts will concentrate on exceeding clients’ expectations, achieving all targets within the budget, and meeting all profit and loss requirements. You’ll achieve this with a strong client-focused approach, which will often translate into the need to attend weekly meetings or assist in breakdowns and emergencies etc.

Dynamic and driven

We’re looking for a self-motivated and highly skilled problem solver. As our accounts spread across India, frequent travelling will become a part of your job. We would love it if you’re enthusiastic about travelling even if it’s at short notice.

Solid background

A degree, preferably Masters in any field is the least what we expect you to have. However, a strong understanding customer relationship, workplace experience and facilities management., is essential. This is the reason why we are looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years’ experience of working inf Facilities Management or Hospitality sites, especially managing facilities management

Your experience in sourcing and managing third party contractors and vendors will be an added qualification.
