Senior Payroll Coordinator

Work Dynamics

What this job involves:

A Payroll Coordinator reviews the payroll cost eligibility of all Work Dynamics staff in a department or organization.

The tasks a Payroll Coordinator may perform typically include:

Creating, maintaining, and updating employee records Calculating benefits, commission, bonuses, and other emoluments Validation of TPV staff cost on monthly basis. Reviewing payroll actuals versus budget. Ensuring Primary Allocation changes should be captured and            Secondary Allocation should be captured by the respective manager/supervisor.               Resignations, Terminations & Maternity Leaves to be captured. Preparing payroll reports for audits and for management. New Hire requisitions to be validated with available budget.

Keeping track of reports and project updates

This role is a great opportunity to showcase your analytical skills as you’ll be tasked to generate reports. On top of this, you’ll also take care of data needed for making cost sheets, annual budgets and quarterly business reviews. Also, part of your scope is to handle other reports required by the team.

Accounting/Finance graduate or equivalent experience.

  • Proven track record of detail focus and accuracy
  • Expert computer literacy
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure.
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Working knowledge of tax law, labor law and other relevant legislation.

Are you a commerce degree holder with 1 to 2 years’ experience in accounts and finance? Do you have a solid background in reporting procedures? Do you have a strong working knowledge of financial summaries.
