We are seeking a Global Program Manager for our client-dedicated Global Services / Customer Experience team. This group team ensures Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) takes a proactive and human-centered approach to workplace operations, design, technology, and culture.  The role serves as the voice of the customer and contributes to continuously improving the overall customer journey across the regional portfolio, vigorously advocating for employees from across all areas of the business, and ensuring GREF earns their trust.  This role will be responsible for managing multiple global initiatives and ventures that impact programs within the GREF portfolio.    

The person in this role will perform a wide range of activities supporting the Clients programs including its Agile working program roll out across a global portfolio.  The ideal candidate for this position is customer obsessed, globally experienced, detailed oriented and is motivated by delivering truly innovative workplace solutions within a high-level framework. They are organized, are able to deep dive into problems to drive resolution but have an eye for detail and feel comfortable using data to make decisions, track progress and demonstrate success while influencing others to achieve success.

What this job involves

Collaborating with both regional and Global GREF teams to continuously improve the customer experience for employees including:

  • Contributing to the design and implementation of globally consistent and scalable mechanisms, both retrospective and in real time, for capturing feedback on the customer experience, enabling data driven decisions and supporting Amazonians’ engagement and satisfaction with the GREF provided workplace.
  • Manage globally complex initiatives from a wide number of stakeholders (Technology, Sustainability, Health and Safety, RE&F, etc.)requiring input and/or action from a number of global program owners.
  • Manage technology prioritization process between Global Services Program / Customer Experience and information technology department.
  • Manage and report out on status of annual goals established for Global Services Program / Customer Experience.
  • Proactively engage with communications on a communication strategy and manage required outputs to effectively promote Global Services Program / Customer Experience strategy and progress.
  • Collaborate with facilities management on the implementation of an effective prioritization mechanism for initiatives and projects that fall outside of the business and usually scope of work.
  • Partner with the GREF Innovation Labs and the Global Services Program teams on the development and implementation of new employee experiences.
  • Lead the continued development of change management processes and materials, supporting the GREF team and our customers end to end.
  • Ensures organizational alignment in the design and execution of initiatives.
  • Contributes to reviewing performance metrics, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are aligned and constantly evolving with expected measures of success, and are based on complete and accurate data.
  • Regularly partners with the wider GREF team to support the implementation of new initiatives, projects and programs that drive a customer centric workplace, for example, Sustainability, Wellbeing, Mobility, Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Routinely connects to external industry, professional bodies, and communities to ensure that new industry standards, best practices and innovations are adopted across the organization.

  • Experience and knowledge of Facilities/Office Services Coordinator/Workplace services, roles and responsibilities
  • 7+ years of facilities experience in corporate, third party service provider or consulting.
  • Experience and knowledge of customer experience, communication and /or employee experience, roles and responsibilities
  • Experience in managing people.
  • Proven experience in creating accurate reports, metrics and analysis to meet business project needs (proven experience in analyzing customer feedback/surveys would be advantageous)
  • Knowledge and understanding of workspace programs and how these operate globally.
  • Previous experience of working within a in a high-profile corporate environment
  • Ability to travel internationally as may be regularly required to meet business and client need
  • Education: Diploma/degree level
  • Problem solving and strong analytical skills
  • Effective decision making
  • Excellent written/verbal communications
  • Spreadsheet and word processing to an intermediate-advanced level
  • Customer focused
  • Exceptional inter-personal skills
  • Attention to detail

Estimated compensation for this position is:

126,800.00 – 183,900.00 USD

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable.  The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
