The Global Program Coordinator ensures Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) takes a proactive and human-centered approach to workplace operations, design, technology, and culture.  The team serves as the voice of the customer and oversees the overall customer journey across the regional portfolio, vigorously advocating for Amazonians from across all areas of the business, and ensuring GREF earns their trust.

The Global Program Coordinator will be part of the Global Services Program / Customer Experience team, collaborating closely with regional customer experience teams, global services program team leads, Real Estate & Facilities Managers and GREF “verticals” and vendor partner teams.

The Program Coordinator will perform a wide range of supporting and administrative activities aimed at ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects and initiatives managed by the Global Services Program / Customer Experience team and growing to manage small-to-medium size projects under the supervision of the Global Program Manager.

  • Assist Global Services Program / Customer Experience team with coordinating various project-related administrative tasks.
  • Drive delivery of projects or project elements under the supervision of Global Program Manager.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Assist Program Managers with the creation of key documentation.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Analyze documents and data as required within the scope of projects.
  • Make sure that project stakeholders and customers’ needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities and flag those proactively to Program Managers.
  • Monitor project progress. Record, monitor and escalate any issues where required.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Work with the Program Managers and Leads to eliminate blockers and agree with Program Managers and Leads on a course of action to move forward.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Prepare regular reporting on project status, calling out critical milestones, risks with impact and mitigations, bottlenecks and blockers with path to green. 
  • Dive deep into data and documentation to support the analysis especially relating to customer feedback.
  • Support with managing all project tasks, sharing with the project team and following up for completion by due dates.
  • Produce required project close out documentation.
  • Understanding and being the champion on the end to end process of project management within GREF, suggesting continuous improvement opportunities as they arise.

Estimated compensation for this position is:

83,300.00 – 120,800.00 USD

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable.  The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
