Overview

Ultimately responsible for the formulation, adoption and execution of a Client’s business strategy consistent with the Firm’s business.
Directs and manages senior level, complex project management services utilizing and managing a small team of professionals to provide superior client service. Projects and clients range from small to large and vary in scope.

Growth of the Company

• Develop and present content for 3x annual Business review with the client and JLL team
• Demonstrates highly visible commitment to creating a “one-firm firm” by utilizing cross discipline teams to meet client needs.
• Insures leadership is fully and accurately informed of all project, internal and client issues affecting the perception of the local, national, and global reputation of the firm
• Provides account specific leadership and direction

People Management

• Directly and/or indirectly responsible for attracting, retaining, developing, succession planning and managing a team who are involved with a specific set of clients, functions, business unit or projects.
• Approves, recommends and/or takes actions regarding team talent (with involvement of Human Resources) to Leadership.
• Ensures training and development of JLL team members in the skills and understanding of firm procedures, methodology and practices expected for a successful project implementation.
• Approves staffing plans and budgets.

Project Management

• Provides strategic direction and product line quality initiatives.
• Manages direct reports who oversees (or has team members that oversee) and approves timely and accurate project documentation and reporting including, but not limited to: project meeting minutes, drafting of project work orders, project purchase orders, service contracts and change orders, verification of appropriate vendor insurance certificates, execution of project status updates, and executing vendor close-out letters.
• Oversees, approves or conducts contract negotiation/verification.
• Cultivates and maintains a positive working relationship with all client representatives and service providers.
• Recommends, establishes or refines best practices of standards of excellence.
• Oversees and insures accurate management of all accounts receivables to maintain a level not to exceed planned working capital charge as set by corporate finance, Account finance team and/or the Regional Operations Manager
• Oversees the management of vendor and project team performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, all regulating entities and client expectations.
• Makes independent judgments related to operating procedures impacting assigned projects.

Other

• Manages people and large projects
• Must be able to be onsite at Client site 3 days a week minimum
• Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed
• Must be energetic and able to train PDS team members
• Must have a philosophy of integration with the Client and other JLL service line leaders / team members
