What this job involves

The APAC Learning and Development Lead is responsible for educating and supporting the learning needs across APAC of the JLL team assigned to this client. By creating and delivering training materials, this role ensures internal team knowledge of client policies, ways of working, and standards while also ensuring alignment with JLL corporate standards. The Learning and Development Lead provides strategic oversite for all on-account training content and assignments.
Key Responsibilities
●    Delivery of client account L&D strategy
●    Makes recommendations on effectiveness and needs in alignment with business growth objectives
●    Ensure review, delivery and completion of compliance training materials
●    Management and ongoing development of account training programs
●    Provide clear direction and strategic learning advice to the JLL team working on the account, maintain & exceed the client’s training expectations.
●    Creation of learning content to address account-specific processes and standards
●    Analyzes needs and partners with internal teams to develop learning strategies aligned to business goals.
●    Work with business subject-matter experts (SMEs), L&D Partners, and People Experience Partners to identify the learning requirements for the account team
●    Supporting learning objectives and assignments for the team as identified by account leadership
●    Understand the client’s compliance standards to provide documentation and reporting of training program deliverables, compliance requirements and team training status
●    Utilize and deliver training content provided by the DEI, Sustainability, Leadership Development and other L&D program teams to support account training goals
●    Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
●    Uphold program governance guidelines through stakeholder management
●    Assists with the management of learning product, including but not limited to leadership development and facilitation of learning events necessary to activate the product
●    Monitors account L&D programs and proactively engages with the account leadership to identify ongoing improvements
●    Support account HR communications content and delivery

Desired skills and experience for this job
Required:
●    Understanding of Adult Learning theory
●    Minimum 7 years of experience in L&D across the region
●    Minimum of three years’ experience supporting a client account
●    Experience leading and participating in large scale HR and organisational transformations
●    Experience leveraging, adapting and developing best practice L&D initiatives to fit account & client organisational culture.
●    Demonstrated delivery of both a strategic & detailed level of operation
●    Decision-maker - motivated by & objectives focused
●    Demonstrated competency in planning & management
●    Customer service orientated

Desired:
●    Knowledge of Articulate, Storyline, and Rise 360
●    Knowledge of Integrated Facilities organisations structure
