About the role 

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with a strong background in API development and technology SaaS solutions to join our Technology Enablement team. This candidate will be a critical member of the JLL Sales and Pursuit Enablement team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Technology Enablement. This is a remote role that can be performed anywhere in the United States. 

As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients and help them achieve their business objectives. Your expertise in API development and business intelligence solutions will be essential in identifying and delivering effective solutions that optimize business processes, improve data management, and enhance decision-making capabilities. Essential role responsibilities 

  • 5+ years of relevant/professional experience, preferably in Marketing technology, Sales technology and/or sales enablement, or business/commercial operations. 

  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to refine your assigned tool strategies and execute processes and platform improvements 

  • Proactively identify information, sales resources, and best practices to drive user productivity and to optimize the user experience. 

  • Experience administrating Seismic (ideal), or a sales technology tool, content management system, marketing technology, or other web-based tool. Examples include QorusDoc, SalesLoft, Gainsight, HubSpot, Outreach, Lessonly, Drift, 6sense, etc. 

  • Successfully manage multiple projects, contacts, and conversations at any one time. This includes managing a training program and onboarding plan for the assigned tools/technologies 

  • Establish and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to better identify, measure, and improve processes, tools, training, and quality. 

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team. 

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance metrics, including revenue, customer acquisition, and retention rates. 

  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in clear and concise reports and presentations. 

  • Continuously review and refine sales data analysis processes and methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency. 

Oversee ongoing platform management 

  • Monitor and respond to reported bugs/issues by working with the user community, JLL IT, and vendor support team for quick resolution. 

  • Attend necessary training to stay current and increase knowledge of tool(s) features and enhancements 

  • Work with vendors and key stakeholders to define the tool(s) functionality and enhancements roadmap for JLL implementation.  

  • Act as the centralized point of contact for assigned tools.  

Drive adoption and continuous improvement 

  • Work with enablement and sales contacts to develop guidelines, templates, and training that improves the seller experience for assigned tool(s). 

  • Analyze data related to adoption of platform features and make platform recommendations. 

  • Manage the back-end operations of assigned tool(s) to ensure proper productivity goals are met.  

  • Make integration recommendations and work with stakeholders to build business cases for long-term tool optimization efforts.

  • 5+ years of relevant/professional experience in similar roles, preferably in sales enablement, business operations, business analytics or quality assurance (QA). 

  • Experience using and managing the backend of the Seismic platform (a plus). 

  • Strong process development skills, with the ability to learn and understand technical concepts to interpret, document and formalize procedures. 

  • Results driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment and can pivot quickly as change happens. 

  • You are a critical thinker who can solution SaaS problems while advocating for customer (sales) issues. 

  • You have an interest or working knowledge of coding or API development (a plus). 

  • You have the ability to influence stakeholders (i.e., vendor operations, sales and customer success) and technical/cross-functional teams in a positive and productive way. 

  • You are trusted with a high amount of autonomy to get things done. 

  • You have incredible communication skills, both written and oral. 

  • You have a great attitude, want to make a difference, and a strong eagerness to support the team. 

  • You anticipate the needs of others and think two steps ahead, with a fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality.

Estimated compensation for this position is:

117,700.00 – 117,700.00 USD

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
