Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence

What this job involves

• Deliver data visualization solutions based on user requirements developed in collaboration with the on shore Business Intelligence Hub
• Ability to understand CRE dynamics and other underlying trends, and knowledge of how to illustrate those dynamics through data visualization
• Facilitate the use of research and BI as a differentiator
• High-level analytical and problem-solving skills and strategic-thinking capacity
• Contribute to the JLL Business Intelligence Community of Practice and provide support to BI colleagues as needed
• Expand the overall research/BI platform including processes, products, and ability to positively impact the business
• Contribute to Americas Research goals that align with the local market’s business objectives
• Work closely with the US Business Intelligence Hub to implement new solutions, technology platforms and best practices.

Sound like you? To apply you need to be:

• At least 2 years’ experience in the BI and data visualization field
• Ability to comfortably assimilate complex concepts
• Expertise with data visualization applications, Tableau preferred
• Experience with creating visualizations and/or data stories to a high design standard
• Ability to multitask, succeed under pressure and effectively manage time and workload
• BS/BA in Data and Analytics, Information Design, Urban Planning, Economics, Business Administration, related degree, or relevant experience
• Demonstrated success leading project delivery for large, cross functional programs
• Verbal and written communication skills are critical. Must be able to organize and present thoughts clearly and concisely
