1、负责前厅部的一切事物，保证前厅部的操作规范及前厅部运作程序的稳定，对本部门各项工作有计划的安排、检查、监督、协调、考核下属工作。各项工作规范性、程序化、标准化、制度化。2、制定完善前厅管理制度、服务标准、操作规范和流程:
3、主持前厅的工作例会，听取汇报，督促工作建设，提高工作质量、工作效率，及时调整、协调各部门的工作，及时发现解决工作中 存在的问题
4、指导监督前厅各部门的正常工作:
加强现场管理，巡视餐厅，亲自组织和安排大型团队就餐和重要用餐接待，负责VIP客人的迎送56、带头与各部门搞好团结协作，努力为顾客提供快速、周到、优质的服务。与各部门和顾客建立良好的正当的人际关系
7、认真管理好本部门的设施设备，严格控制低值易耗品的使用，协助上级重点抓好服务和卫生工作要组织本部门员工适时进行培训，让每位员工掌握本职岗位技能
及时解决客人投诉。在解决客人投诉时树立顾客第一的思想。超出职权范围的问题应及时上报上级领
