Module Name Module Objective

Soft Skills training
1. Communication is considered as the most important soft skill, great communicators can convey requirements in and easy to understand manner, pin point the pain points and solve them in a construction site. Teams can practice communication skills through role play and everyday interaction with stakeholders.
2. Active listening: Half of communication is active listening, which requires your undivided attention. No one should ever listen just to respond, as that won’t help you solve conflicts.
3. Picking up on social cues: While working in a construction site, you’ll come across different people from many cultural backgrounds. When meeting clients, it is important to brief your employees on culture-specific social cues to avoid giving offense
4. Patience: Most situation in construction site require patience to close. Multiple stakeholders will have to brought on a common platform before a solution can be reached.
5. Tactfulness: An essential part of construction project management is how to handle a tough day. Tactfulness is difficult to teach, but most successful trainees will be able to improve on a negative situation without burning bridges.

Presenting Skill
strong presentation skills to report status, highlight risks and proposed solutions. Public speaking can help feel more confident and in control while communicating in a group and Client setting.

Client
This module helps us to learn one of the key aspect of the organization - importance of our client. This module deals with various simulations in terms of how to deal with clients in a specific situation, how we should view our Client and to enhance the client experience and overall delivery.

Basics of grammar, fluency and written English, phone etiquette, email do's and don’ts, how to deal with a difficult client

PM Process understanding
The Project Management process forms the foundation of our delivery. Viewing and analysing every aspect of the process from a risk lens helps develop a deep understanding of why we do things in a certain way.

Data gives important insights in to the quality of our delivery. Every individual in PDS palys a key role in either gathering data, analysing trends or interpreting the insights. This module will help you identify your role in the data driven business.
