This position is based at our client office location in MIami, FL--not a remote position.

The Opportunity

This role is the Account Lead for the Region (reporting the Global Account Executive), the single point of contact for the Client, overseeing the delivery of services in 21 countries. Candidate must be a native Spanish speaker and be experienced overseeing client facilities in the United States, Brazil, Costa Rica, Mexico, Argentina, Columbia, Chili, Peru, and Canada.

The Account Lead is accountable for developing and implementing an account plan which will delight our clients and ensure a healthy long-term relationship. This executive leader anticipates client needs and delivers to outperform on the key performance indicators within the contract and builds financial plans while striving to exceed revenue and profitability. The Account Lead creates and manages high performing teams which not only deliver operational excellence but keeps employees engaged and thriving, and in conjunction with the Work Dynamics leadership team, understands the firm’s strategy and goals and can translate those into the business opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Exceeding Client Expectations

    • Create the vision of the account plan ensuring alignment of objects and driving high quality results which helps secure a future with no-bid contract renewals.

    • Drive account growth by articulating value proposition and ensuring expansion of services provided.

    • Establish outstanding relationships with key stakeholders by soliciting feedback and

    • excelling at world-class client service delivery.

    • Be involved to the Rhythm of Business (“ROB”) as the foundation for enabling the flow of information, setting expectations among stakeholders, and driving global Objectives.

  • Building High Performance Teams

    • Ensure highest qualified candidate is hired for all roles on the account.

    • Build actionable and measurable career development plans for all direct reports.

    • Advance the firm’s diversity and inclusion priorities with planful and focused talent planning.

    • Remove barriers and drive innovation throughout the supply chain and demonstrate creative and effective ways to motivate the team.

    • Coaches, trains and develops the team to ensure the performance bar is continually raised.

    • Leads and motivates the team to encourage passion in customer service. Develops talent and adopts career management techniques to always employ staff of the highest calibre.

    • Works collaboratively with other key client vendor partners fostering a “one team” approach.

  • Achieving Financial Results and Contributing to Firm’s Revenue Growth

    • Present an annual account plan which includes key objectives, client satisfaction results, summary of value-add activities, and outlines targeted expansion plans

    • Proactively manage to the account budget and identify opportunities to generate additional revenue on the account.

    • Mitigate risk for the firm by ensuring A/R is maintained below 60 days payable

    • Work in partnership to fully understand business objectives and to define projects, programs, client facing activities, funding requirements & change management.

    • Able to challenge and improve all aspects of cost and performance of the business.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish (native) and English; Portuguese is desirable

  • MBA (required by client) with a broad range of business experience

  • Experience leading client portfolios in Brazil, Costa Rica, Mexico, Argentina, Columbia, Chili, Peru, US, Canada,

  • Seasoned leader with 7+ years of Facility Management, Project & Development Services, Commercial Real Estate Transactions or Workplace Experience executive leadership experience; experience working in Technology sector preferred.

  • Proven capabilities in developing outsourced Integrated Facility Management solutions for global, Fortune 500 companies strongly preferred.

  • Extensive experience hiring, training, and retaining large teams (50+) of talent in a client service environment (preferably outsourced)

  • Has proactively managed a budget.
