Senior Director - International Residential Development Sales - MENA

JLL have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Director to join the highly successful and market leading International Residential Sales team in the Dubai Office.  

Due to our expanding client base and market demand, we have a requirement for an experienced, motivated, and proven senior individual to join the team.

About the role:

Supporting the expansion and growth of our international sales team dedicated to the sale of London and UK Residential Developments into the UAE and across the GCC markets targeting UHNW purchasers to drive and enhance sales performance.

The role includes working closely with the London team to support the sales and marketing strategies of residential developments being marketed into the UAE and GCC markets and as such will involve working across multiple time zones.

The JLL residential business has grown exponentially over the last decade and offers excellent progression opportunities to the right candidate. JLL is also at the forefront of championing sustainability, diversity and inclusion and new technology.

Key attributes for the role:

• Minimum of 5 year’s experience working within Residential Development sales.
• Experience of leading a team of residential sales professionals.
• Proven experience in implementing successful residential sales campaigns in different international Markets. 

• An understanding of the residential markets across UAE and the GCC region. 

• Proven experience in residential development and international sales and marketing.
• Experience and connected into the UHNW markets.
• Strong attention to detail, competency, and a team player.
• Developer or Agency background.
• A cultural understanding of the GCC markets.
• Fast and efficient with an understanding of the sense of urgency and time zones.
• Competitive, self-motivated and results and data driven.
• A detailed understanding of the residential markets across London and the UK regions.
• Astute and dynamic team member able to work collaboratively and react quickly to challenges.
• Prepared to travel within the GCC and occasionally internationally.
• Upskilling the sales team on knowledge of properties London and UK markets.
• Building strategic sales strategies tailored to the GCC markets.
• Managing and overseeing JLL partnership agents and network across the GCC platform.
• Organising, leading and attend exhibitions, sales events to drive sales by developing and maintaining relationship with potential buyers and investors. 
• Reporting on sales performance to MENA lead
• Building long term relationships with purchasers and gaining repeat business.
• KPI and sales and revenue performance driven.
