JLL have an exciting opportunity for a Mandarin and Cantonese speaker Senior Sales Associate to join the highly successful and market leading International Residential Sales team to set up a new APAC Deck in the Dubai Office.

Due to our expanding client base and market demand, we have a requirement for an experienced, motivated, and proven sales individuals to join the international sales team with a focus on the APAC market.

About the role:

JLL are a market leader in the sale of International residential development properties and have a strong pipeline of new development opportunities in the UAE to be marketed into the APAC region.  The new role will require setting up a new APAC desk and infrastructure to support purchasers from APAC who visit the UAE, and our International residential sales teams in Hong Kong, China and South East Asia who are experiencing an increased market demand from buyers looking to purchase in the UAE.

The role is heavily sales focused and requires an in depth understand of the UAE market and will require working across multiple times zones, with potential travel to support marketing events and sales exhibitions, as well as supporting the business development team to win new mandates and build a network and partner infrastructure to support further sales.

Key attributes for the role:

• Mandarin and Cantonese speaker.
• Minimum of 3 year’s sales experience within Residential Development sales.

• Proven track record and experience in international sales.
• Well connected within the UAE and GCC market.
• Strong attention to detail, competency, and a team player.
• A cultural understanding of the UAE and APAC markets.
• Fast and efficient with an understanding of the sense of urgency and time zones.
• Competitive, self-motivated, results and data driven.
• A detailed understanding of the residential markets across the UAE
• Astute and dynamic team member able to work collaboratively and react quickly to challenges.
• Prepared to travel within the GCC and APAC regions.
• Attend exhibitions, sales events to drive sales by developing and maintaining relationship with potential buyers and investors and the APAC sales teams.
• Manage client database system ensuring all calls and sales are logged accurately, including contact details, result of calls, and any follow updates or other action required.
• Building long term relationships with purchasers and gaining repeat business.

• KPI and sales performance driven.

• Ambitious, enthusiastic, and passionate about results.

Package – Salary plus commission and attractive bonus scheme.
