Senior Sales Associate, International Residential Development Sales – MENA

JLL have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Associate to join the highly successful and market leading International Residential Sales team in the Dubai Office.  

Due to our expanding client base and market demand, we have a requirement for an experienced, motivated, and proven sales individuals to join the international sales team.

About the role:

JLL are a market leader in the sale of London and UK residential development properties and have a strong pipeline of mandated new development opportunities to be marketed to UHNW individuals looking for self-use or investment sale purposes.

The role is heavily sales focused where the team have access to the JLL new development portfolio showcasing some of the London most significant new high profile new developments, regeneration and prime London investor and end user opportunities.

The sales team will manage and self-generate sales leads and focus on the sale of residential properties via events, exhibitions, 121 presentations, collaboration, and partnership sales initiatives.

The JLL residential business has grown exponentially over the last decade and offers excellent progression opportunities to the right candidate. JLL is also at the forefront of championing sustainability, diversity and inclusion and new technology.

Key attributes for the role:

  • Minimum of 5 year’s sales experience working within Residential Development sales.
  • Proven track record in London Development sales.
  • Proven experience in international sales.
  • Connected into the UHNW markets.
  • Strong attention to detail, competency, and a team player.
  • A cultural understanding of the UAE and GCC markets.
  • Fast and efficient with an understanding of the sense of urgency and time zones.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, results and data driven.
  • A detailed understanding of the residential markets across London and the UK regions.

  • Astute and dynamic team member able to work collaboratively and react quickly to challenges.
  • Prepared to travel within the GCC.
  • Attend exhibitions, sales events to drive sales by developing and maintaining relationship with potential buyers and investors. 
  • Manage client database system (SalesForce) ensuring all calls and sales are logged accurately, including contact details, result of calls, and any follow updates or other action required.
  • Conduct one-to-one marketing and presentations / sales to prospective customers through telephone calls and self-arranged events in a professional manner. 
  • Building long term relationships with purchasers and gaining repeat business.

  • KPI and sales performance driven.

  • Ambitious, enthusiastic, and passionate about results.

Package – Salary plus commission and attractive bonus scheme.
