The Opportunity

The Head of Integrated Occupier Solutions (‘IOS’) will be responsible for developing, managing and driving the long-term success of JLL’s IOS team while ensuring we bring the best of JLL to each and every occupier client sales pursuit. This individual will lead a group of global solution management professionals who are responsible for helping JLL achieve its win rate targets for new business, expansions and renewals. Key responsibilities for the team include the development of world class outsourcing solutions for prospective clients, incorporating JLL’s latest and greatest global capabilities, managing the end-to-end solutioning process and building detailed client solutions that demonstrate JLL’s differentiated value.

The IOS Team serves as JLL’s client-facing solutions management team and primarily supports the Americas and EMEA Solutions Development Sales teams with highly complex, global, multiple service line pursuits. This team also supports our larger Client Growth Sales team with expansion opportunities as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Build and foster a team culture that delivers world-class strategic solutions.

  • Work in tandem with counterparts from across the Sales and Solutions teams to establish, implement and document a mutually agreed upon approach to achieving win rate targets—for new business, expansions and renewals—and achieving growth and revenue targets.

  • Lead by example and provide consistent operational and strategic support across all areas of our Client Value & Growth (CV&G) Sales organization.

  • Lead and manage strategic projects and sales initiatives.

  • Clearly communicate CV&G global business strategy to team and ensure that all IOS team members understand the role that they play in contributing to its overall success.

  • Ensure that the IOS team is well positioned to bring the best of JLL's capabilities to every pursuit by equipping them with the strategy, support and tools needed to sell innovative and efficient solutions for our clients that result in healthy top & bottom-line growth for JLL.

  • Bring a fresh perspective and empower the team to develop creative and unique solutions by thinking beyond what we have always done and driving through hurdles to create a vision of what could be.

  • Act as the primary escalation point for the IOS team and work in tandem with counterparts from across the Sales and Solutions teams.

  • Provide oversight and guidance to ensure that all solutions have been properly vetted by our Client Operations teams and are able to be seamlessly operationalized post win.

  • Work closely with the IOS team to ensure that they can effortlessly articulate JLL’s value and true differentiation in the market vs our competitors.

  • Balance team workloads by taking a strategic approach to resource allocation and ensuring that the organizational structure is fit for purpose and all roles are filled with high value and diverse talent. 

  • Develop a comprehensive talent management plan that prioritizes succession planning, focuses on the retention and acquisition of high value talent and establishes clear performance evaluation metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as sales executive or role requiring outstanding business development with senior leadership skills 

  • Extensive knowledge of the CRE outsourcing life cycle and the important role that each of JLL’s products and services plays in the development of creative, holistic client solutions

  • Able to work across a wide range of diverse internal and external teams and stakeholders to identify strategic priorities, identify partnership opportunities and overcome obstacles.

  • Experience successfully leading multi-faceted, high performing teams in a matrixed environment.

  • Successful track record of achieving credibility at the senior executive and C-Suite level of an organization.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • High integrity with the ability to drive change while fostering a collaborative culture.

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30-40% of the time.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Estimated compensation for this position is:

300,000.00 – 350,000.00 USD

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
