Principal Responsibilities:

  • Ensure client satisfaction with OP, RPM, IPM, sustainability, sourcing, and lease administration by providing a seamless interface into client real estate organization; demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity in delivering services.
  • Support a results-oriented environment to realize standardized and consistent service delivery, enhanced communication, accountability and prioritization alignment, clear roles and responsibilities, alignment across business units, risk mitigation and relationship management.     
  • Develop, build, and implement standardized processes, playbooks, tools, and resources                
  • Develop methodologies, tools, and processes to manage the client partnership                                  
  • Develop and oversee management routines to manage account performance and performance metrics                                 
  • Develop communication strategies, protocols and training that educate and support the team, includes D&I program and utilization of Client Portal/SharePoint/Teams                                          
  • Foster an environment of improvement by staying connected with JLL community peers on other accounts and bringing best practices to the table.                               
  • Take ownership program specific goals. Develop objectives/desired results and work with the team and other managers to achieve completion.                                            
  • Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice.                                      
  • Develop and maintain a high performance team utilizing HR top grading and other tools for hiring, talent and succession planning, and development planning.
  • Proactively manage programs in accordance with account and client standard processes, procedures, and KPIs to ensure superior customer satisfaction and performance levels.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the annual management plan; and achieve key objectives and performance indicators as identified by the Account Manager.
  • Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and projects that aim to reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity or longevity
  • Coordinates with building operations, PDS and other account service lines as necessary.
  • Participate in process meetings.
  • Aggressively manage team to meet time-lines required for critical path deliverable dates
  • Participate in Strategic and Capital Planning.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in driving change management plans aimed at setting up new services or profoundly transforming existing ones.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
  • Strong organizational skills and capacity to prioritize and escalate in a complex, fast paced environment.
  • Hands on approach, show attention to detail and ownership.
  • Proven track record of interaction with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization and establishing effective relationships.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
  • Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices
  • Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Excel and possess the ability to analyze data
  • Strong organizational, management, and supervisory skills
  • Experience in matrix management organization desirable
  • Knowledge of real estate, furniture, move management, sustainability helpful
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop successful relationships with and influence customers, both internal and external.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of real estate or program management experience in Retail Banking or related industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or advance degree preferred in related field or equivalent
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Strong planning, scheduling and organization skills
  • Advanced proficiency in capital accounting and project scheduling
  • Basic knowledge of buildings and associated systems.
  • Advance computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strategic Planning, Metrics and Regulatory compliance.        
  • Power BI recommended                  

                                               

                                               

Estimated compensation for this position is:

130,000.00 – 160,000.00 USD

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
