What this job entails: Client Relationships. Proactively develop and manage client relationships, ensuring that expected service levels are achieved. Comply with all requirements of the client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators. Deliver an exceptional quality of service to the client, as reflected by client feedback.

We are looking for a dynamic person for the position of Facility Manager to join our team
Location: CDMX
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (availability to attend emergencies)
Work model: On site

What is your day to day?
Main administrator of the budget assigned by the client for the operation.
Director responsible for process improvement and savings projects
Team leader to correctly manage performance and compliance with objectives and KPIs for the assigned staff
Ensure adherence to all agreed processes and procedures.
Act as a visible safety leader and train proactive safety behaviors in the team; Lead by example to help ensure a positive and transparent EHS culture exists within the team.
Proactively ensure all EHS bugs, incidents or best practices are reported and shared
Act as a visible leader for all compliance-related issues, reinforcing the Code of Ethics and values in every interaction.
Issue regular client reports as required.
Optimize business processes.
Initiate improvements, increase productivity and achieve internal goals.

Desired experience and technical skills
Advanced English (interview will be conducted in the language)
Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial or Related Engineering
Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
Knowledge of critical facilities
Knowledge of supplier management for specialized services
Understand the basic technical aspects of the property (HVAC in communication rooms or site, cooling system, PCI systems, mechanical and electrical system, BMS system)
Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret commercial contracts
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions
High sense of urgency, customer service, work under pressure, problem resolution
