    What this job involves

    We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Engineering Manager to join our team: 

    • Location:   Insurgentes Sur

    • Work scheduleMonday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. 

    • Work model: On site

     

    What is your day to day?

    •   Experience on installation, operation and maintenance of critical systems, engineering coordination at regional level.

    • Experienced with the NEC, OSHA, NFPA, NEMA, NOM standards.

    • Capable to supervise, coordinate and develop work teams.

    • Experience with electrical test equipment (i.e. High/Low power Fluke Meter, Biddle, Meger, Amp Probe, etc.)

    • Experienced with troubleshooting programmable logic and variable frequency drive controls.

    •  Basic PLC systems experience including PLC ladder logic ans SCADA protocols.

    • Experienced with Medium Voltages and High Voltage (230KV).

    • Experienced with DC voltages.

    • Experience on installation, operation and maintenance of critical systems, engineering coordination at regional level. 

    • Code and regulations knowledge, NFPA/NOM Safety, general electrical and Arc-Flash.

    • Electromechanicals Operations Coordination, reliability.

    • Complex systems, control and power distribution systems evaluation.

    • Troubleshooting, decision maker, problems solution.

    • Working in a team with a high regard for safety & environmental concerns. Capable to coordinate team effort to achieve the project objective.

    • Ability to read, understand and apply information from technical manuals, prints, and schematics for trouble shooting and repair. Ability to perform design reviews, redlines and final equipment evaluation for specific critical systems.

     

    Desired experience and technical skills

    • Fluent English
    • Engineering Degree in Electro-Mechanical or equivalence with a minimum experience of six years as Electromechanical projects and operations Lead.
    • Experience in low/medium range voltage electrical/instrumentation repair and maintenance, mechanic systems, critical environments and hard systems maintenance and operations.
    • Work with minimum supervision.
    • Work from SOPs. Perform work assignments productively without incident or injury.
    • Effective written, verbal, and communication skills to satisfy training, safety, and electronic message transmission policies of the company.

    • Perform the essential functions of the job at the time of the job offer with or without reasonable accommodation.

    • Sustainability, CMMS, PM, knowledge.

    • Demonstrated productivity and effectiveness in teamwork environment.

    • Demonstrated competency in adapting to change.

    • Traveling availability
