This position will be functionally embedded in the CAFM Operations structure of JLL's Occupancy Planning, Space Data and Insights Platform for this dedicated account.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Ensure projects are completed within scope, schedule, and meeting client expectations.
  • Manage multiple projects in various phases of completion, including coordinating meetings, transcribing meeting minutes, and developing/updating schedules.
  • Negotiate and hold all parties accountable to the aspects of the project scope.
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of internal and external cross-functional partners such as workplace design, global security, CAFM operations, space and occupancy planning, and facilities operations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain specified project management processes.
  • Proactively communicate with clients, maintain project status, and track reports.
  • Manage detailed short and long-term schedules and provide accurate reporting.
  • Lead project meetings, ensuring minutes are distributed and filed appropriately.
  • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Troubleshoot, problem solve, and track project performance indicators.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain various audit programs related to space data, conference rooms, floor plans, etc.
  • Integrate project timelines from partners, such as security, into CAFM operations delivery schedule for new data center projects.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in information management, analytics, and scheduling.
  • Control, comply with audit requirements, and effectively manage risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and remediation.
  • Special projects often involve implementing changes or introducing new processes. Familiarity with change management principles and techniques will be valuable in effectively planning and executing change initiatives.

  • Energize, mentor, and support team members in a dotted line structure; no direct team management.
  • Ability to work with peers at various levels, including analysts, developers, and executives, to resolve complex business and data-related issues.

Growth:

  • Lead project management and performance strategy for new and existing CAFM projects, such as Conference Room Reporting, Observation Studies, Unique data visualization exercises, and process improvement and standardization initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of project management experience across various project types.
  • Familiarity with Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems, CAD and operations is essential.
  • Understanding how CAFM software is used for space management, asset tracking, maintenance, and reporting will enable you to effectively manage special projects related to the CAFM operations.
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate options, consider risks, and make decisive choices are crucial.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work both in a global team and independently.
  • Experience delivering commercial and data center projects across different sectors.
  • Project controls experience in schedule, quality, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated client relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and solution development capabilities.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and group facilitation skills, with the ability to move a process forward while meeting the needs of various clients.
  • Attention to detail and ability to drive consistency in a team or project.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Estimated compensation for this position is:

72,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
