ช่างประจำอาคาร  (Technician)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

ควบคุมระบบและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ที่ติดตั้งอยู่ภายในอาคาร ตรวจเช็คและซ่อมแซมบำรุงรักษา อุปกรณ์ภายในอาคารตามแผนการทำงาน บันทึกการตรวจเช็ค และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากวิศวกรอาคารและหรือหัวหน้าช่าง รักษาความสะอาดของห้องปฏิบัติการ และดูแลรักษาให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ปลอดภัยสำหรับการทำงาน ปฏิบัติงานให้อยู่ในระเบียบของบริษัทฯ  ตลอดเวลา ตรวจเช็ค และซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ตามที่ได้รับแจ้งจากผู้เช่า ตรวจสอบการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาที่เข้ามาปฏิบัติงานในอาคารตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา และเพื่อความปลอดภัยของอาคาร จดบันทึกการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าและน้ำประปาตามตารางที่ได้รับมอบหมาย จดบันทึกค่าน้ำหล่อเย็นและอุณหภูมิของระบบปรับอากาศตามตารางที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่อาคารอื่น ๆ เช่น พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย  พนักงานรักษาความสะอาด  เพื่อให้การบริการ การซ่อมแซม เป็นไปด้วยความรวดเร็ว จัดเตรียมระบบไฟฟ้า, โทรศัพท์สำหรับการออกบู๊ท (ถ้ามี) เตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับกรณีฉุกเฉินต่าง ๆ ตลอดเวลา   จดมิเตอร์ไฟฟ้าทุกเดือนและจดมิเตอร์น้ำทุกเดือน แยกใบแจ้งหนี้ค่าโทรศัพท์ในประเทศ และโทรศัพท์ต่างประเทศพร้อมจัดส่งให้แต่ละบริษัท
