As the Assistant Property Manager (APM), you will manage a small portfolio and/or work alongside the General Manager to assist in managing an office portfolio. Multi-tasking and flexibility are essential skills needed in this role.  Preparing financial reports, managing TI and/or capital improvement projects, engaging with tenants and vendors, managing certificates of insurance, and other administrative and managerial tasks as requested.

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will contribute to the establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives and best practices to drive results as a team. Success will be measured by your ability to develop winning strategies for project execution.

Estimated compensation for this position is:

80.00 – 90.00 USD

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
