What this job involves (Accountabilities):

---To independently handle and perform Project Management of mid to large-scale Logistics or Industry Greenfield Projects.
---Manage and report the construction related deliverables on site environment to comply with budget, risk, schedule, design, safety and quality management and requirement, to be able to coordinate all site based construction activities, and mitigate any issues that may arise, based on client expectation, JLL internal procedures.
---Prepare Master Construction Schedule for Site as well as Client and Tracking. Regularly review of all pending issues with Site Team to ensure there is no communication gap, develop action plan to resolve at the earliest chance.
---Review/track issuing of drawings submitted by LDI and obtain drawings / details/clarifications as required
---Oversee safety management and monitor construction quality.

---Bachelor degree or above in architectural, civil engineering, or MEP engineering related discipline. At least 8 years of relevant industry experience with consultant or contractor firms.
---Solid construction site management experience for Logistics or industry greenfield projects is preferred.
---Proficiency with MS Office suite, MS Project, AutoCAD.
---Strong understanding of all aspects of Development Management including, financial appraisal, risk management, negotiation, etc.
---Strong written & verbal English communication skill is essential.
---Understand the legal environment in design contracts and be able to manage the design contract accordingly.
---Assist the Project Director as appropriate to carry out commercial negotiations with contractors.
