What this job involves:

• Assemble and lead various project teams,  and establish effective organizational structure and working procedures for the teams; manage and monitor the different stages of projects which is from the pre-design phase up to completion. Also in charge of negotiations, analyses and meetings with authorities;
• Take total responsibility for the overall success of major projects—guiding teams in each phase to achieve outcomes that exceed clients’ expectations and meet JLL’s commercial objectives. Driven and ambitious by nature, you have a mastery of the ins and outs of business—from products and systems to processes, tools and best practices. You’ll need to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, leading from the front while also taking the time to understand their point of view;
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with our Clients. Promote our business offerings to new prospects, key clients, business investor networks and industry landlord associations;
• Being as senior person to participate business development activities including client relationship development, service proposal preparation and tender presentation etc.

Required

Education /Work Experience Requirement：

• Bachelor’s degree or above graduate, major in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, MEP, Interior Design or other property-related disciplines. Overseas study background is preferred;
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in design, construction and project management industry for both Chinese Corporate Clients and MNC Clients.
• Have in-depth understanding of local codes and legislation, able to carry out consultations, analyses and assessments. Furthermore, capable to ensure the effective delegation of responsibility and authority within the teams.
• Proficient and well practiced in technology tools to complete daily work tasks.

Preferred:

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Strong sense of team cooperation. Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
• Able to manage the team members effectively, drive their enthusiastic and effective contribution to every project.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, responsible and devoted to work with proven skills and track record.
• Be driven to succeed and love achieving challengeable goals.
• Able to work under pressure, be willing to travel and work for projects out of Beijing.
