About the role:

Facilitate delivery of contracted technology solutions to Client. Ensure that all technology used on the account comply with information security and compliance requirements of Client. Monitor and support Client technology usage, including troubleshooting, evolution, measuring adoption / value creation. Enable promotion of Client technologies across other Tier 1 partners and JLL Accounts

What this job involves:

SPOC / Relationship3 Management

Serve as single point of contact for Technology Team in the areas of technology use and exploitation.

Develop and maintain good working relationship with the account leadership and team to establish self as the “trusted advisor for all things technology”.

Build effective working relationships with Technical Delivery Teams locally, regionally and globally. Leverage best in class solutions from other regions for deployments into APAC.

Keep account leadership appraised of technology use, benefits realized, issues and projects.

Identify new technology and innovation that complements existing tools to deliver best I class service delivery.

Drive Technology Adoption & Benefit Realization

Track the use of delivered tools such as FacilityLink and CampusLink- diagnose and highlight areas of deficiency, record and quantify benefits realized.

Engage account leadership to review/approve/go/no-go proposed projects arising from Business Analysis process. These could entail IT product reconfiguration/enhancement and/or business process change.

Troubleshoot issues Technology Team with propose remediation / corrective actions to ensure successful implementation

Lead and coordinate responses with JLL IT security and legal to satisfy client compliance and security requirements.

Ensure proposed technology solutions such as Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) are compliant with client’s infosec requirements.

Ensure all proposed technology solutions passes through client’s infosec process before they are deployed.

Business Analysis / Project Management

Be knowledgeable about client’s needs, drivers and how IT systems/tools support driving CRE/business outcomes.

Translate Client and account CRE/business needs into technology solution requirements – including scope document, ROI case, project charter (CAPEX), estimates and documents required for the follow on project.

Play the role of project manager end-to-end for large/CAPEX projects with appointed Project Manager, be a contributing member of the project in the capacity of Account technology lead.

Data and Analytics

Support Client’s Data Governance (DG) teams to drive good/compliant data practices in the account, to realize good, trustable data that can be used confidently for analysis.

Support the Client Analytics (BI) team to synthetize valuable/actionable insights from data and systems.

To apply you will have:

Diploma, Degree or equivalent in technology, business technology, project management or a general degree with focus on project management / technology.

>5 years or more of experience of which a good part should be in technology delivery and support roles.

Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner in English.

Able to work with diverse stakeholders - business, IT and clients.

Good trouble-shooting skills, able to use Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) effectively.

Process oriented with good grasp of project management and technical delivery processes.

Knowledge of Corporate Real Estate industry or any multi-services industry is a bonus

Proven working knowledge of one or more of these is an advantage: Project, SharePoint, Excel, JDE EnterpriseOne, Dynamics 365, PowerBI, Medalia, and other client experience/feedback tools.
