What this job involves,

• 客户现场设施管理，包括但不限于会议室设施，数据机房设施等
• 负责行政类服务供应商管理及行政后勤保障工作，包括但不限于清洁，绿化，虫害等
• 办公用品的预算及采购管理工作，包括但不限于文具，饮用水，茶水间用品等
• 供应商付款管理
• 办公室固定资产管理
• 跟进上级交待的工作
• 月度报告的整理

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

• 良好的沟通协调能力，良好的客户服务意识
• 工作积极主动，具有团队精神，独立开展工作
• 熟悉电脑及办公软件的使用

Preferred

• 本科以上学历，主修行政管理，物业管理或其他相关专业
• 3年以上相关设施管理或行政后勤管理经验
• CET-4相当英语能力，包括听，说，读，写
