Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Lobby Ambassador para unirse a nuestro equipo:

  • Zona de trabajo: Buenos Aires, Argentina.
  • Horario de trabajo: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 hs.
  • Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial.
  • Contrato: A tiempo indefinido.

¿Cuál es tu día a día?

  • Saludar y dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes con un trato amistoso y profesional.
  • Asistir a los visitantes con indicaciones, consultas y proporcionar información general sobre el edificio, instalaciones y servicios.
  • Gestionar los procedimientos de registro de los huéspedes, emitir identificaciones de visitantes y mantener los protocolos de seguridad.
  • Supervisar y administrar el área del lobby, asegurándose de que esté limpia, organizada y presente una imagen positiva para las instalaciones.
  • Dirigir a los visitantes hacia las oficinas, salas de reuniones o espacios para eventos apropiados.
  • Ayudar con los arreglos de transporte, como llamar a taxis o coordinar servicios de automóviles para los huéspedes.
  • Responder llamadas telefónicas y transferirlas a los empleados o departamentos correspondientes.
  • Coordinar con la seguridad del edificio para garantizar un entorno seguro.
  • Mantener un registro de las citas programadas y notificar a las partes respectivas a su llegada.
  • Gestionar la entrega de correo y paquetes, incluyendo la firma de los paquetes y notificación a los destinatarios.

Se requiere:

  • Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
  • Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, recepción u otro puesto similar.
  • Orientación al servicio al cliente y capacidad para brindar un servicio excepcional.
