Staff Residential Property Lead - Paris or Brussels

Role Summary:

The Staff Residential Property (SRP) Lead is a key role with responsibility for the effective and consistent delivery and quality of the SRP service across 13 countries in Europe.  The role entails the identification and streamlining of processes through consistency, and centralisation of administrative and other such tasks such that the SRP teams/FM teams with responsibility for SRP service in country are equipped with the right level of support and direction to perform their duties in the most effective and customer centric manner.  The SRP Manager is responsible for introducing technology and improved communications channels to improve the overall service and create a more joined up team.  They role entails the training of the teams and the embedding of the Day Maker culture to elevate the experience.

. The SRP Manager will have a comprehensive understanding of staff residential property management and will develop specific processes and procedures in consultation with functional managers to ensure successful implementation and compliance of SRP processes. The role will also oversee performance of service delivery and user experience, including landlord and managing agent liaison and escalation management.

Responsibilities:

The SRP Lead will be responsible for:

- Residential service focus and excellence:

- Understanding the SRP scope for the client and developing relevant processes and procedures in consultation with Post & SRP managers to ensure implementation and compliance of programs for client properties and leases across assigned client leased properties.

- Providing operational oversight of service delivery and supporting client-specific programs such as technology launches, trainings, and user experience initiatives.

- Overseeing all key performance indicators across assigned client sites and ensuring the team meets the client's requirements and contractual standards.

- Providing overall SRP management, including integrity audits, reports, compliance, and presentations.

- Exceeding client expectations:

- Demonstrating customer-centricity by working closely with account leads and site teams to develop tailored and innovative solutions for regional service delivery.

- Overseeing financial SRP targets, process compliance, and risk management.

- Driving and supporting team success:

- Understanding the service delivery requirements and focusing the team toward the successful accomplishment of contractual standards and measures.

- Supporting a working environment for functional site teams that promotes collaboration, performance, and personal growth.

- Leading inclusion efforts among team members, providing regular coaching, feedback, and recognition.

Experience:

- Significant practical experience in property, facility, residential management, or a related field in multiple countries across Europe.

- Experience managing a high-performing team across multiple sites.

- Expertise in property and residential management, planning and organization, and the ability to address complex operational issues.

- Experience managing stakeholders at multiple levels and resolving conflicts between client and JLL requirements.
