Job Description:
Act as single point of contact for customers for Material Support orders and deliveries.
Obtaining pricing information, preparation and provision of quotations and/or price lists to customers End to End order management for Spares & Repairs, & In Service Support.
Follow-up and risk mitigation in the spares and repair provisioning process until delivery to Customer Management of Customer queries including returned materials and warranty claims.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
