COMPLETE Information Security Officer - Copenhagen

Job Description:

Are you ready to take on the pivotal role of Information Security Officer in a global company? Imagine yourself at the forefront of our industry-leading organization, spearheading the evolution of Information Security and safeguarding our invaluable digital assets.

Your new role

You will be based in Copenhagen, be part of our global IT management team and have your reporting line to our CIO.

With an outset in the Airbus Information Security framework, you will adapt the requirements to a Satair context and you will act as a bridge between Airbus Security and Satair IT domain experts, who have the operational responsibility for actual IT security implementation in applications, as well as, in infrastructure.

As a visionary, you'll take the helm, leading and facilitating the Information Security Forum. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our IT colleagues as they navigate the Information Security framework, ensuring that the right level of implementation is achieved.

You will maintain an overview of Satair’s overall Information Security maturity and our risk exposure, which you will communicate to Satair executive management and to Airbus.

You will be the focal point for all Information Security Audits, where you will not only coordinate our responses, but also ensure that the learnings are well adapted into our global organization. 

In addition, you'll be a passionate advocate for end user adoption of all Information Security requirements, ensuring that our IT security awareness is continuously updated across our global organization.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Strong experience in the IT Security field, as you will be exposed to a large variety of IT Security and Compliance related topics. Familiarity with common information security frameworks and lists of controls is helpful in this respect.

• Understand how to support IT leadership regarding critical decision-making within the information security field. Experience with risk management and possibly applicable risk frameworks to aid in these decisions and the subsequent prioritization of initiatives and reporting.

• Your communication skills are your secret weapon, allowing you to effortlessly collaborate with individuals at every level of our global organization.

• Master of Stakeholder Management, group facilitation and consensus building.

• Self driven and focus on prioritization.

• Fluent in English (corporate language).
