The Airbus Digital Signature team are in charge of providing Digital Signature solutions for the entire company, and we are a key enabler for both data integrity and compliance for both internal employees in Airbus and external customers and organisations that we partner and work with. 

The specific context for this role relates to our product team responsible for managing end-to-end the Digital Signature solutions, both on-premise and ‘as a service’. We are looking for a solution-driven technically competent business analyst to join us. 

To be successful in this role knowledge of Digital Signature solutions and principles is preferable, but transferable skills along side the ability to quickly learn will be looked at favourably.

You will have a key role to identify business needs and translate them into technical tasks,  work with cross-functional teams to develop new services and implement new features for existing services. Ultimately, you’ll help us roll-out and support products that deliver our company’s vision.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide Agile-driven technical expertise for the digital signature solutions, ensuring rapid and iterative delivery of features

• Provide technical guidance to internal teams, clients and partners about the digital signature products features, capabilities, and integration possibilities.

• Assist in the identification and resolution of technical challenges related to the digital signature solution.

• Define product functionality and support in defining detailed user stories with empathy for the end user that help engineers build with a clear end goal in mind

• Collaborate with digital signature vendors to improve the digital signature product based on client feedback, industry trends, and technological advancements.

• Assist support team in resolving technical issues.

• Engage with clients when technical troubleshooting is required.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

Experience and knowledge:

• A good level of understanding of Digital Signature solutions (and/or PKI) is preferred.

• As a business analyst (or subject matter expert) preferably in a large / complex environment with challenging stakeholders, with minimum of 3 years experience

• Understanding of key regulations, such as GDPR and eIDAS 

• Knowledge on latest generation of technology (container, Databases, APIs etc.) will be a plus 

• Experience of working with Agile methods, or SDLC

• Familiar and comfortable working in a multi country and diverse context
