Positionsbeschreibung

Als Prozessingeneur sind Sie für die Bereitstellung der AOS-Standards verantwortlich. Als Teil der lokalen Teams im Werk sorgen Sie durch Schulungen am Arbeitsplatz für den AOS-Wissenstransfer vor Ort.

Hauptaktivitäten

  • Implementieren und verbessern Sie Boards und Routinen mit operativen Teams

  • Trainieren/coachen Sie, indem Sie “awareness sessions” mit Teams durchführen

  • Führen Sie Management-Besichtigungen durch und nehmen Sie daran teil, indem Sie strukturiertes Feedback geben

  • Reife messen und berichten (KPIs, Aktivitäten, Selbsteinschätzung)

  • Ko-Moderation von Kaizen-Workshops

  • Nehmen Sie an industriellen Beurteilungen teil

  • Ermöglichen Sie gemeinsam die Erstellung einer AOS/MES-Roadmap/eines taktischen Implementierungsplans (TIP)

  • Tauschen Sie bewährte Praktiken mit anderen AOS-Agenten aus

Anforderungen / Fähigkeiten

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Bachelor/Master im Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar

  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten

  • Eigenständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, “Hands-On” Mentalität

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • GSuite und MS-Office

  • Gute Kenntnisse der Lean-/Six-Sigma-Prinzipien, -Methoden und -Tools

  • Fähigkeit Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften die Nutzung von AOS-Bausteinen und MES mit den damit verbundenen Routinen beizubringen

  • Fähigkeit, Führungskräften strukturiertes Feedback zum Routinemanagement zu geben

  • Fähigkeit, Abweichungen von Standards zu erkennen und einfache Empfehlungen vorzuschlagen

Position description

In the position as process engineer you are in charge of the AOS standards deployment. Being a part of local teams in the plant, you will ensure AOS knowledge transfer on station’s trough on-the-job trainings.

Main activities

  • Implement and improve boards & routines with operational teams

  • Train / coach by running awareness sessions with teams

  • Launch & participate in management go-look-see providing structured feedback

  • Measure and report maturity (KPIs, activities, self-assessment)

  • Co-facilitate kaizen AOS workshops

  • Participate in industrial assessments

  • Co-facilitate building AOS / MES roadmap / Tactical Implementation Plan (TIP) with operational teams

  • Exchange good practices with other AOS Agents


 

Requirements / Skills

  • Completed studies as Bachelor/Master in mechanical engineering or comparable

  • Experience in managing projects

  • Sociability, independence, ability to work in a team

  • Fluent English

  • GSuite & MS-Office

  • Good awareness of Lean / six sigma principles, methods and tools

  • Ability to tutor AOS bricks & MES usage to FLM, technicians and operators with associated routines

  • Ability to provide structure feedback to leaders on routines management and performance dialogue

  • Ability to identify deviations from standards and propose simple recommendations through self-assessment
