Agile Coach is responsible for enabling Agile way of working across the department. He/She shall be able to mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners as well as coach Leadership and Management team in Agile way of working.
Qualification & Experience
A Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with
10+ years of IT experience
5+ years of experience as Scrum Master/Product Owner
2+ years of experience as Agile Coach
Expert level:
Strong experience in Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
Experience in managing Agile Product Lifecycle tools (e.g. VersionOne, Agilecraft, Rally, Jira, etc.)
Experience with conflict resolution, scope management, issue & risk tracking, communicating to clients and partners and vendor management
Ability to think creatively and resolve impediments quickly
Ability to handle changes smoothly and positively
Intermediate level:
Experience with continuous delivery, DevOps, and release management.
Ability to communicate concisely and accurately to team and to management
Experience in Enterprise agile transformation
Responsibilities
Experience in Coaching teams towards Customer focused, value driven delivery
Mentoring Scrum Masters to become efficient Servant Leaders
Coaching Product Owners in creating vision driven backlog & effective grooming techniques
Guiding teams to self-organize, define their values, and improve their way of working
Training individuals & teams in Agile frameworks, tools & techniques
Facilitating team events like Retrospectives, Problem solving workshops etc.
Effective conflict navigator who knows how to help teams not only deal, but also learn from conflict
Experienced in application of rapport building & coaching techniques
Ability to manage stakeholders and drive a culture of effective feedback
Help teams assess their Agile Maturity using structured Metrics & facilitate continuous improvement.
An active listener who can help remove individual blocks through active listening & powerful questioning
Highlighting Anti Patterns and helping teams identify them & adjust their Ways of Working.
Effective communicator who is adept at verbal, nonverbal and written communication
Coach Managers & Leaders in driving Business Agility
Help Managers in learning how to motivate teams & bring about individual & team accountability
Experience in driving Communities of Practice that can identify Organizational Impediments & enable teams in taking ownership in resolving them
Experience with One-to-One as well as team Coaching.

Success will be measured in a variety of areas, including but not limited to
Set up organisational metrics to ensure data driven inspection & adaptation
Quick and Efficient resolution of Organisational impediments
Training, Mentoring, Coaching Agile teams in new ways of working
