Digital Workplace (DW) was established to be an enabler of Digital Transformation across Airbus.  Its primary focus is to: provide employees with simple, intuitive and easy to use workplace tools and services; enable employees to create and collaborate from anywhere at any time; enable continuous optimisation of work experience and productivity underpinned by fit-for-purpose security. 
Digital Workplace consists of the following core elements: Devices and Services, Employee Collaboration, Industrial and Specialist Devices, Workplace Support, User Adoption.

Process automation is in charge of documented and implementing processes in Airbus ITSM tool (ServiceNow) with collaboration with DW teams from all Natco, and other involved domains, from validation to production, including evolutive and corrective modifications.

• Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with 3 years of development experience.

PRIMARY

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM applications. 

•  A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB.

• Candidates must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast moving environment. 

• Good level understanding of ServiceNow required.

• Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Proven track record as software developer acting across the entire development lifecycle 

• Working experience in Agile Scrum, SAFe and/or Kanban projects

• Advanced level of English

• French knowledge will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

Designing, implementing, testing, documenting, publishing, maintaining and supporting new processes in ServiceNow

Deploying highly available, scalable, maintainable, monitored solutions.

Implementing and updating existing processes to allow fully automated workflow with automated tasks to facilitate the work of our teams.
