COMPLETE Functional Analyst - ITSM Process - Bangalore Area

Looking for a new challenge? A vacancy for a  “Functional Analyst - ITSM Process (AIRINA)” has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft. You will join DMGP, the Archiving Platform team. Our mission is to deliver and operate Long Term Archiving services to ensure our company compliance with information retention policy. Long Term Archiving is an essential function in charge of securing the Airbus’ Commercial footprint all around the world

You will help orchestrate the Digital Archive Product Services to ensure a high level of availability and quality of service, according to the IM best practices. As “Functional Analyst - ITSM Process (AIRINA)” you would be working mainly on IM products already deployed in the Production environment but you might also participate in some ongoing projects to bring your expertise about the Run Mode and prepare a smooth Entry Into Service of new applications.

Primary responsibilities will include but not limited to : 

• Responsible for the delivery, on time and on quality, of Digital Archive Product Services, which are Airbus business critical.

• Develop, implement and maintain operation documents, policies, procedures, documentation, KPIs and SLAs.

• Develop, implement and maintain the procedures for continuous improvement in the service level based on customer feedback. 

• Monitor KPIs and SLAs and lead improvement actions when necessary

• Support the Service Delivery Lead to be accountable for proactive management of business escalations and crisis management

• Support the Service Delivery Lead to be accountable for stakeholders management to align deliverables with maximum business value by providing insight into business priorities

• Review, analyze and suggest improvements in the Service Management Processes for Long Term Archiving platform services

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science and Information Technologies or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.

• A minimum of 6-8 years experience in positions related to ITSM processes, service management strategies, process analysis and improvement

• Know how and practical implementation of ITIL processes for scalable solutions

• Strong understanding of technical troubleshooting and problem-solving methodologies

• Solid interpersonal skills

• Solid transversal management skills (cross-function, cross-division, international teams)

• Knowledge of applicable laws, guidelines or regulations as they relate to IT

• Experience with Archiving systems would be an advantage

• Excellent written and spoken English; French would be an advantage
