Job Description:

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Leitung der Implementierung der Produktmodifikation Widebody über alle Projektphasen (Definition, Entwicklung, Produktion, Kundenabnahme) in enger Abstimmung mit dem Development Programm in Bezug auf Scope, Enablement und Produktstrategie.

• Enge Abstimmung mit der VSM Abteilung Inflow und Change Management und der Industrialisierung bis zur Serienreife (Sicherstellung des Übergangs im Change Prozess) 

• Definition und Kontrolle des Änderungsvolumens (Baseline) sowie des Implementierungszeitrahmens 

• Aufbau der für die Projekte notwendigen funktionsübergreifenden  Organisationsformen (OBS), Definition der Arbeitsinhalte (WBS), der Kostenplanung (CBS) sowie Erstellung der Zeit-/Meilensteinpläne

• Erstellung der Integrierten Terminplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Programm Planer und den betroffenen Unternehmensbereichen wie Industrialisierung & Architekten, Einkauf, Engineering, Qualität 

• Überwachung und Sicherstellung der mit dem Kunden vereinbarten Leistungen hinsichtlich Termin, Kosten, Qualität 

• Überwachung und regelmäßige Kommunikation der Projektfortschritte gegenüber Kunden und internen Gremien

• Erstellung und Überwachung von Projekt Performance Indikatoren (KPI) in Zusammenarbeit mit der PMO Organisation 

• Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Meilenstein-Reviews 

• Bewertung und Transfer von Änderungen in das Projektportfolio sowie Verhandlung der daraus resultierenden Kosten und Termin Auswirkungen (Claim Management) 

• Durchführung eines kontinuierlichen Projekt Risiko-Managements 

• Erstellen von Lessons Learned und Initiierung von Verbesserungen 

• Enge Abstimmung mit relevanten V&V Aktivitäten (Verification & Validation) mit starkem Fokus auf Demonstratoren, Frachtladesystem und Toleranzkonzepte. 

• Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Budgetplanung und -einhaltung

• Moderation, Koordination und Führung von multifunktionalen Teams über alle Projektphasen hinweg in Bezug auf Zieldefinition, Zielabweichungen und Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen

• Sicherstellung der standortübergreifenden Integration und des "Enablements" aller betroffenen Unternehmensbereiche

• Sicherstellung des Übergangs in das Serien WP und A/C Management 

• Mitwirken APQP über alle Projektphasen 

• Abstimmung mit Partnern (z.B. MDCD / S19) bei industriell relevanten Themen. Leitung von Sprints zur Ausarbeitung von wichtigen Trades, Integration von möglichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen 

Ihre Qualifikationen: 

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, z.B. Dipl.-Ing. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen / Flugzeugbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation 

• Erfahrungen im Projekt-, Vertrags und Claim-Management 

• Zertifizierung Projektmanagement (PMI) wünschenswert 

• Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte zu analysieren und daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten sowie unternehmerisches und strategisches Denken und Handeln 

• Prozesskenntnisse im Luftfahrt Umfeld (z.B. Entwicklungs- und Fertigungsprozesse, Bestell- und Lieferlogistik, Projektmanagement) 

• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

Job Description:

• Responsible for the definition and implementation of a product modification portfolio worth several million euros (incremental development / freighter) 

• Close collaboration with VSM Inflow & Change Management team during industrialisation and serial ramp-up. Securisation of transfer in series via the change process.

• Definition and control of the change volume (baseline) and the implementation time frame

• Establishment of the cross-functional organizational forms (OBS) required for the projects, definition of work content (WBS), cost planning (CBS) and creation of time / milestone plans

• Creation of the integrated scheduling in cooperation with the program planner and the affected company areas as Industrial, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, etc.

• Monitoring and ensuring the services agreed with the customer with regard to deadlines, costs and quality

• Company-wide project Monitoring and regular communication of project progress to customers and internal committees

• Creation and monitoring of project performance indicators (KPI) in cooperation with the PMO organization

• Prepare and carry out milestone reviews

• Changes in the project portfolio as well as negotiation of the resulting costs and deadline effects (claim management)

• Implementation of a continuous project risk management

• Creation of lessons learned and initiation of long-term improvements in the company

• Close alignment with relevant V&V activities (Verification & Validation) with a strong focus on demonstrators, cargo loading system and tolerancing

• Monitoring and ensuring budget planning and compliance

• Moderation, coordination and leadership of multifunctional teams across all project phases in terms of target definition, target deviations and initiation of countermeasures

• Ensuring cross-locational integration and "enablement" of all affected company areas

• Secure transition into serial WP and A/C Management team

• Contribution to APQP during the whole project phase

• Alignment with partners (e.g. MDCD, S19) on industrial relevant topics for instance through Sprints to prepare and define trade offs or integrate improvements

Your qualifications: 

• Completed university degree, e.g. Dipl.-Ing. Industrial Engineering / Aircraft Engineering or comparable qualification

• Experience in project, contract and claim management

• Project management certification (PMI) desirable

• Ability to analyze complex issues and derive concrete recommendations for action as well as entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and acting

• Process knowledge in the aviation environment (e.g. development and manufacturing processes, order and delivery logistics, project management)

• Business fluent English skills
