Job Description:

Misión:

• Apoyo en la gestión de las tareas asociadas al soporte a cliente para el aprovisionamiento de cualquier tipo de repuesto a fecha requerida, así como el soporte directo a los gestores de cuentas para asegurar el control y cierre de los expedientes en curso

Tareas:

• · Soporte en la creación de pedidos y ofertas a cliente.

  · Colaborar en el seguimiento de entregas.

  · Apoyo en la gestión del buzón de soporte, atendiendo solicitudes y dudas de cliente.

  · Apoyo en la gestión de transportes

  · Colaborar en la resolución de discrepancias en transportes o envíos.

  · Seguimiento de los KPIs de entrega.

  · Uso de herramientas corporativas para transportes, envíos, soporte técnico, etc.

  · Apoyo a los gestores de cuentas en intervenciones, catalogaciones, etc.

Perfil:

• Nivel medio de inglés
• Orientación al cliente
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo
• Alta reactividad, agilidad y capacidad de análisis de prioridades
