Introduction

The Information Management (IM) function in Airbus India is managing the IT infrastructure  for India roof. Network Administrator is part of the Information Management (IM) function. Candidate is responsible for the day to day management of the Infrastructure and Platforms services. Success of this position will require strong international collaboration with local and global Airbus teams. A successful candidate will establish team goals by understanding the business strategy, identify and evaluate business & technical trends and choose a course of action to achieve the same.

Description:

We are looking for a Network Administrator Specialist with 4 to 6 years of hands-on-experience with significant design, implementation, troubleshooting and documentation of Firewalls, DNS, Identity Management, LAN and WAN Networking systems in Branch and Data Center environments.

Responsibilities : Your main tasks and responsibilities will include for Airbus India:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Implementing/supporting Cisco SDA Solutions.

• Hands-on experience in routing protocols like OSPF/BGP, VRFS, VPN, and VXLAN.

• Good Experience in understanding Data packets and implementing QOS for wired and wireless Infrastructure.

• Lead the migration projects i.e. moving the traditional Campus Networks to Cisco Defined DNA/SDA solution.

• Prepare Network or Infrastructure Visio Topology Diagrams, Write Standard Operating Procedures, Maintenance plans and provide status reports as required, participate in data calls and other operational and Maintenance tasks.

• Strong knowledge on SSL/TLS protocols, cipher suites etc.

• Expertise in reviewing the current date security vulnerabilities and harden to secure the network and network security products in production environment

• Expertise in Cisco wireless solution design, site surveys, WiFi-6 deployments, Cisco Prime.

• Expertise in performing packet captures and analyzing it using network analyzer tools like Wireshark.

• Sound knowledge on Microsoft/Infoblox IPAM, DHCP, DNS Implementation/Maintenance.

• Manage/Troubleshoot proxy solutions like Bluecoat Proxy, Netskope cloud based proxy.

• Ensure Data Centre is maintained properly and all related documents are updated at all times

• Implement policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure Security devices compliance through secure system access, monitoring, control, and routine security evaluations.

• Perform standard configuration following change management and maintenance tasks as per Company Standard and compliance report

• Perform system configuration backups and restores to ensure system configuration recovery from error or outage, perform policy and rule backups and restores to ensure full policy and rule retrieval.

• Monitor, test, and tune system performance based on Company requirements; preserve and provide system log files as needed.

• Detail Documentation of network in the production environment

• Update the operation manual and keep it up to date

• Review and Update the Asset details in CMDB

• Troubleshoot problems related to IT network and security systems and infrastructure

• Meet published SLA in supporting business

• Responsible for ensuring that the network is continually adjusting to changes in legislation, technology and the marketplace.

• Provides input to, and ensures local compliance within strategy, policies and standards.

• Work with a regional team to ensure proper service delivery and project implementation.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or   relevant field with Proven record for the hands on experience for below certifications

• Cisco certification on LAN(Switching and routing) – 3 Years Hands on

• Wireless certifications (CWNA,CWDP,CCNA Wireless) – 3 Years

• F5 Certifications/Hands on Experience is Added advantages)

• Scripting Knowledge (Python, Ansible etc.) is Added Advantage.

• Knowledge on Cisco UC (IPT/Jabber/VC)

• Basic knowledge on Firewalls 

Good to have skills : Any additional expertise or knowledge of additional tools/software but not mandatory

• Service Now experience

• Knowledge on Cloud security
