The DOEP “Execution Performance & Enablers” (EP&E) team has a vacancy for a Business analyst / SAP HANA Developer.

The  mission of the team is to provide digital solutions and services that improve maturity of Industrial Operations by providing more real time visibility to detect & anticipate risks/issues and ease transparency between all stakeholders.

Our customers: Plants and FALs Manufacturing Execution actors, including key partners like Quality and  Logistic.

We provide support and tools to our Business to tackle various disturbance during Manufacturing Process in order to secure the deliveries of CA, MCA, A/C on Time, Quality & Cost

• Data gathering and analysis to optimize execution performance

• Drive landscape simplification to improve user experience while reducing recurring costs

• Standardize Data and its quality

• Provide expertises on Digital solutions, drive adoption and recommend innovations

• Provide best in class support of our solutions to secure business continuity

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Integrated in the EP&E team, you will participate in the E2E lifecycle of applications, from requirements collection to retirement.

You will translate the business need into a Business object data model that fulfills technical, performance and security requirements, with the respect of existing dataflows.

Your main mission will consist in ‘translating’ the business needs into specification of data products  and actual applications

You will ensure the delivery meets the business requirements, with respect to delivery time.

You will participate in the delivery team for applications based on SAP technologies (SAP HANA, SAP UI5).

You will work in a transnational agile development team and will also occasionally debug and develop.

Qualification & Experience:(Technical Skills)

• Experience in extracting & understanding customer needs & requirements.

• Experience in business analysis in manufacturing & logistics.

• Functional Knowledge of the following SAP manufacturing modules: PP/PS/MM.

• SAP HANA developer:

  • Experience in SAP HANA data modeling using Attribute View, Analytical view and Calculation view

  • Knowledge of SAP HANA security including User Management, Roles and Privileges

  • HANA Studio / Web Ide

  • CDS / OData / UI5 knowledge appreciated

  • Configuration management: Solman - Git

  • Experience in SAP HANA Data Provisioning using SAP LT Replication Server (SLT ) and Data services

  • Experience in optimizing SAP HANA applications

Soft Skills:

• Fluent English required

• Some proficiency in French / German would be a plus.

• Excellent analytical, time management, interpersonal skills and a good team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Motivated to work in an environment that promotes autonomy, proactiveness and lifelong learning.
