Job Description:

LOCATION: Site (Typically 3 days a week in the office, 2 days remote)

Do you want to be part of Airbus industrial transformation? Airbus are looking for someone keen to  apply and develop business analysis skills on complex topics within our Operations function. 

You’ll join a motivated and creative team and can be based out of Broughton, Toulouse or Bremen sites, striving for operational efficiency in a performance driven environment. 

We are a dynamic team who are all passionate about supporting the business and finding new solutions through data crunching, data analytics and KPIs management and creation and development of new tools.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM 

• Coordinating, aligning, standardising, monitoring and supporting performance governance: working with central functions  and plants to ensure overall performance governance 

• Standardising/harmonising the performance process across Operations and in line with central guidelines.

• Driving the transformation to simplify and streamline the performance and operational excellence governance within Operations.

• Delivering an effective and harmonised performance management system, enabling the delivery of yearly KPIs targets and Top Company Objectives (TCO’s)

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the digital Performance Management System for Operations and potentially new developments.

• Maintaining our Performance Management System (basic programming)

• Consolidating, creating and preparing business dashboards/reports, ensuring data consistency and appropriated KPIs analysis.

ABOUT YOU

• Ideally background in IT and/or science and/or engineering background to Degree Level

• Extensive experience in business/data analytics - experience with Skywise would be a plus

• Basic Programming Knowledge (JavaScript and/or Python)

• Detailed experience in performance management (from TCOs to KPIs management) and/or in improving business processes with corporate environment

• Knowledge in orchestrating/animating performance and operational excellence network, sharing best practices, collecting operational feedback and users expectations, supporting operational teams, identifying areas for improvement, using appropriate communication means.

• Exposure suggesting improvements and new/lean ways of working : managing transformational changes and creating deployment plans for implementation
