COMPLETE Propulsion Systems Engineer - Bangalore Area

Job Description:

As Propulsion Systems Engineer, you will join
the Simulation and Physical Systems department within Airbus India Engineering and work in the area of
In-Service Engineering Support for Propulsion Systems. You will work in a trans-national environment
with other engineers based in Toulouse, Hamburg and Filton.
The role covers the technical areas: Engine, Nacelle and APU. At first, you will begin with one area, say
Engines and develop thorough understanding of the different subsystems, components and functions and
answer technical queries coming from various stakeholders.
Once you have sufficient experience, you will then master Nacelle and APU to provide technical queries.
The role demands the following skills and interests: - A strong interest in the field of propulsion systems.
- A strong command on thermodynamics and proven working experience on Aero Engines. - Working
knowledge of Systems Engineering - INCOSE certification will be good to have but not mandatory -
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to integrate a team which values respect, integrity, teamwork,
reliability, customer focus and creativity. - The ability to work transnationally and across organizational
boundaries and to represent Propulsion systems in front of different stakeholders and address their
technical queries. - Strong communication and negotiation skills, including a high level of proficiency in
English.
