Job Description:

A. Accountabilities
Establish employment marketing plan base on  job profile mapping and recruitment channel mapping to ensure boost of employer branding and on time on quantity candidate sourced; 
Support Head of Develop and Digital Transformation with resource review and establish recruitment plan to ensure on time recruitment delivery;
Drumbeat recruitment and staffing process streamlining project to improve recruitment efficiency;
Execution of recruitment plan and drumbeat the end to end candidate selection and onboarding process to ensure on time on quality recruitment delivery, as well as recruitment diversity KPIs;

B. Main activities
Lead job profile mapping project;
Lead the expansion of the recruitment channels for different type of job profiles, including graduates and postgraduates;
Consolidate recruitment needs and propose and recruitment plan, coordinating with talent acquisitions and HRBPs;
Establish employment marketing plan according to recruitment needs analysis and types of job profiles;
Drive sourcing and interview methodology to improve candidate sourcing and interview efficiency and quality;
Ensure tracking of recruitment and staffing KPIs and data input; 
Build up of external talent pool to ensure anticipation of future needs;
Execution of recruitment plan to ensure on time on quality recruitment delivery, as well as recruitment diversity KPIs;

C. Outputs
Job profile mapping and position profiling covering all jobs in China;
Recruitment plan and analysis;
Employment marketing plan;
Interview process booklet & guideline;
External talent pool build up;
On time on quality candidate recruitment;

D. Qualifications 
Bachelor degree or above;
Minimum 10 years working experience in recruitment domain;
Experienced interview skills & communication (both written and spoken) skills in English;
Experience in drum beating and leading project that involves multiple stakeholders;
Good at market research and data analysis, can translate the result into roadmap and planning; 
Team player and project management experience is a plus;
